See our Internal Transfer policy on the HR intranet. Job Description Revenue Optimizer is used by airlines to determine the optimal price of selling a seat at any given point in time. This brand-new product helps our customers increase their revenue by keeping their airplanes full and, at the same time, getting as many dollars from each sold seat as possible. To achieve this, we use complex Revenue Management and Machine Learning algorithms together with a very modern and innovative user interface. We are now looking for a motivated individual to join our team as Team Lead Software Engineer to work with: • Passionate and innovative Team • Brand new product being intensively developed and enhanced • Scrum • Java, Groovy, Spring Boot, Apache Camel, Spock • JavaScript, AngularJS • MongoDB, ELK • AI/ML, Apache Spark, AWS Glue • Application developed and hosted in AWS Job Requirements Required skills • At least 7 years of relevant professional experience in software engineering • Excellent Java programming skills • Hands on experience with Spring, Camel, JMS, REST • Experience in usage of Maven/Gradle and GIT • Unix/Linux proficiency at user level • Good understanding of Scrum software development framework • Very good written and verbal skills in English • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills • Being proactive and committed to getting things done Desired skills • Airline domain knowledge • Experience in leading teams • Programming experience in JavaScript, Groovy • Knowledge of MongoDB • Experience with AWS We will give careful consideration to your application and review your details against the position criteria.
